Green Re-wi-Re LLP ("Green Re-wi-Re", "we", "us") runs a government-authorized Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility in Nagpur. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet our obligations under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Green Re-wi-Re LLP is the Data Fiduciary — we decide why and how your personal data is processed. You are the Data Principal.
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. There is no account to create and no hidden tracking.
A vehicle's registration, chassis and engine numbers are personal data because they can identify you, so we treat them with the same care as your name and phone number. We do not ask for financial information, government ID numbers, passwords or biometric data through this website. Documents such as your RC and ID proof are handled in person at our facility under the record-keeping rules that apply to a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility, not through this site.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and — where you go on to scrap a vehicle with us — to meet legal obligations that apply to us as an authorized facility. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to the enquiry you made.
Both forms on this site ask you to tick a box confirming you have read this policy and agree to be contacted about your enquiry. Submitting a form without that confirmation is not possible, and giving consent is entirely your choice — you can call or visit us instead.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing enquiry.greenrewire@gmail.com. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. When you withdraw it we stop contacting you and delete your enquiry, unless we are required by law to retain records of a vehicle we have already scrapped for you. Withdrawing consent does not make anything we did beforehand unlawful.
Your details are seen by the Green Re-wi-Re team handling your enquiry. Beyond that, we rely on a small number of reputable technology providers (Data Processors) to host the website, store enquiries securely and deliver our email. They act only on our instructions, are permitted to use your data solely to provide those services to us, and are bound to keep it confidential. Some of them store data on servers outside India.
We will otherwise disclose your data only where the law requires it — for example to the RTO, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the police, or a court — or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. We never sell or rent your personal data, and we never share it for advertising.

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted in transit. Enquiries are stored in a database that is not publicly readable, and uploaded photos go to a private storage area that is not served on the web and cannot be reached by guessing a URL. Access is limited to the Green Re-wi-Re staff who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your personal data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

The DPDP Act also expects you to give us accurate details and not to file false or frivolous complaints.
If you have a question or a complaint about how we handle your personal data, write to us at the address below and we will look into it. Please mark your message "Data privacy" so it reaches the right person, and include the phone number you gave us so we can find your enquiry. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels, and it does not profile visitors. The only cookies that may be set are the strictly necessary ones our host uses to serve the site.
Our Contact page may embed a third-party map showing where our facility is. If it is enabled, that map provider may set its own cookies when it loads, governed by its own privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Our services are meant for vehicle owners, who are adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we do not use anyone's data for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, tell us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our processes or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Please check back before submitting a new enquiry.
