These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Green Re-wi-Re LLP. By browsing the site or submitting a form on it, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — you are welcome to call or visit us instead.

1. What this website is

This site describes our vehicle scrapping services and lets you send us an enquiry. It is information and a way to reach us — nothing on it is a binding offer to buy your vehicle, and no price is calculated or displayed anywhere on this site.

2. Quotes and offers

• Submitting the quote form is a request. It does not create a contract and puts you under no obligation.
• Any figure we discuss with you afterwards is indicative. It is based on the details and photos you provided and remains subject to physical inspection of the vehicle at our facility and verification of your documents.
• The final amount is agreed in person at handover. We may revise or withdraw an indicative figure if the vehicle differs from what was described, if documents are incomplete, or if scrap-metal rates move.
• We may decline any vehicle — for example where ownership cannot be established or where the vehicle is subject to a loan, court order, insurance claim or police case.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate, current and complete information. Wrong details lead to wrong quotes.
• Be the registered owner of the vehicle, or be authorized in writing by the registered owner to have it scrapped.
• Only submit photos and information you are entitled to share. Do not upload anyone else's personal documents or images.
• Tell us about any loan, hypothecation, lien, dispute or pending challan on the vehicle before handover.
• Remove personal belongings and any accessories you wish to keep before handover — we are not responsible for items left in a vehicle handed over for scrapping.
• Use the site lawfully: no attempts to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, submit false or automated enquiries, or upload malicious files.

4. Documents and certificates

Scrapping a vehicle requires valid documents — typically the Registration Certificate, owner ID proof and address proof. Certificates such as the Certificate of Deposit and Certificate of Vehicle Scrapping are issued under the rules governing Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facilities and only once those requirements are met. Their issue, timing and any benefit that follows from them depends on the relevant authorities, not on us alone.

5. Your personal data

Everything you send through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before submitting a form.

6. Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo, design and code of this site belong to Green Re-wi-Re LLP or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal use in dealing with us. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. By uploading photos of your vehicle you give us permission to use them for the purpose of assessing and processing your enquiry.

7. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may become out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Where the site links to or embeds third-party content — a map, for example — we are not responsible for that content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Green Re-wi-Re LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or opportunity, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the separate agreement we make with you in person when a vehicle is actually handed over.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version published when you use the site is the one that applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
